TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSOLUTIONS' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
AppSolutions shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
For clients in regulated industries or jurisdictions, additional data processing agreements may be required to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Clients grant AppSolutions necessary rights to create, publish, and manage marketing content on their behalf. All content must comply with platform policies and applicable laws.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship, including:
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as specified in individual agreements. Project-based work continues until completion unless terminated for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Palestine and the applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Ramallah, Palestine.
Claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date when the claim first arose.
AppSolutions may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Clients may not assign their rights under these Terms without written consent. AppSolutions may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer or acquisition.
These Terms, together with any executed agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
